We will not contact you unless we are given permission to do so and then, only to a specified e-mail address or phone number. Records of these correspondences are not protected from subpoenas by the courts under current confidentiality laws. Under the law, disclosures concerning abuse, homicide, or intended suicide, must be acted on by any individual who becomes aware of these life-threatening issues.
